Urban stories all over the world nearly come to a standstill when we look deep into its relation with the environmental devastation and exploitation of natural resources. The painful truth of human existence has made its brutal assertion on everything perceived and imagined.
The future we imagined has already become a burden to carry forward. The past is no more a powerful tool to navigate the future has become a wailing testimony to the future itself. The idea of economic power in the midst of the debris of our own imagined world is the greatest parody of the 21st century.
All about this side invokes the other side of human ground by looking at this side more intensely. A fence against unaccepted realities and unappreciated future is already under construction. The architects of our generation are more aligned to put their creative forces into the making of this wall as permanent as possible as opposed to building habitats for its ‘survivors’. Our side of the ‘mind’ is nearly at the verge of exhaustion and is unable to levitate the clusters of ‘cultural enactment’. There must be a mind witnessing every mindless action committed in the name of existence from the other side of the wall, the wall we strongly hold against our own nature.
The future of our present has become the past of any ‘past’ we could ever imagine.
